This is an animation Practice using an old rough I did time ago with the intention of understand animation, a few days ago that rough give a reason to learn and improve my skills in blender :), I believe that it can be better done.
The Plot
First step- create the background
Next I design a character to animate using the rough references , my inspiration, a kind of mix between two of my favorite characters.
Once I got the character I start to work in the animation frame by frame (its a LOT of work LOL)
With the animation done the next step was add color, texture, some elements and compose the background
